I just got home and I find that the most fit man in the Republican race for the White House has QUIT!!!
Oh am I heart broken and in mortal FEAR of the Republican Libs getting into the White House.
The lib drive by media with now push McCain & Huckabee to the mindless masses that watch the network new cast to get their gospel as news.
I now think I will turn to the lesser of the evils in the race.
The true outsider---Mitt Romney! Maybe?
I will ponder this the next couple of weeks.
I can't with good conscience vote for Huckabee or McCain.
But if it came to one of them as the nominee then I will vote Republican.
I will not put a Socialist. OOPS! I mean a democrat in that office!
I did vote for Fred this past Saturday thinking he was the best man for the JOB!
I really thought he would go on and try to show better in the south.
Maybe he will be the Vice President?
We'll see????
Wedding update........
We have the Summit Club for the reception but our Church fell through......

Actually, Fred and McCain are good friends. I wouldn't be too surprised if down the road Fred becomes Mac's running mate (and helps shore him up on the conservative side of the spectrum). My favorite line about McCain is that he's a great American, an OK senator, and a crappy Republican. But the "great American" part does carry some weight. I probably agree more with Romney's positions across the board, but I don't know that he can win in November. In wartime (and with 3-4 Supreme Court nominations possible in the next 4-8 years), I don't want the guy who I agree with most giving a fine concession speech to Hillary, I want the guy who can beat her.
